Transition

Neerim District Rural Primary School offers transition programs from Kinder to School and Grade 6 to Secondary College.
Students enrolling in Foundation are invited to take part in our Foundation transition sessions. We offer 5 sessions for the children, 1 per week over 5 weeks with these sessions outlined in more detail in our Foundation transition brochure.

Transition to secondary school is an exciting time for students and families. Students in Grade 6 participate in secondary discovery sessions with their designated secondary school. Neerim District Rural Primary School endeavours to make students transition experience as safe, engaging and rewarding as possible.
